Location: Noida/Work from office

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Content Distribution Manager to join our team. This role involves managing YKA's social media presence and developing strategic partnerships for content distribution across various platforms, including podcasts, OTT channels, and publishing. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic networker with a knack for creating compelling digital content and forging impactful collaborations.

????As a Content Distribution Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and execute a robust social media strategy and manage social media distribution of content to optimize traffic and reach.

2. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities for content distribution, including podcast collaborations, OTT platform integrations, and book publishing.

3. Actively network within the media and content distribution industry to identify new opportunities.

4. Track and analyze the performance of distributed content across platforms and provide insights and recommendations to optimize distribution strategies.

????Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management and content distribution and an understanding of digital media trends.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field will be preferred.

3. 3-4 years of relevant experience in a media, publishing, or content distribution role.
