Talent Coordinator to join our
Talent Acquisition Team and be an integral part of the
People & Experience Team. The
Talent Coordinator will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team and will be exposed to all facets of the recruiting process at Shell Recharge. The goal of the coordinator role is to develop fundamental Recruiting/HR knowledge, capabilities and business acumen while contributing to valuable work across the Shell Recharge Solutions' recruiting function and broader business. The intent is to provide you with solid foundational experience to build your HR career.

What We're Looking For The Talent Coordinator is designed for individuals with a strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, customer care, a learner mindset. and who are passionate about building their skills in the Talent function. Specifically, we are looking for candidates that operate with a high-degree of professionalism and possess the following characteristics:
- 4+ years of prior work experience required; experience within a SAAS based recruitment environment preferred.
- Organize and update candidate data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in applicant tracking system and other internal databases
- Execute candidate and stakeholder experience surveys and analyze feedback
- Perform background and reference checks on all new hires
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing referral rewards
- Assist with new hire onboarding and integration process (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
- Organize and drive New Hire Orientation sessions
- Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
- Exceptional ability to balance multiple, competing tasks, prioritize appropriately, and follow through
- Strong learner mindset, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Core professional skills; especially, maturity, attention to detail, organization, responsiveness, flexibility, and initiative
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-pasted, multi-tasking environment
