Technical Skills-

BIW - Fixture Design -GD&T and Carline concept

Knowledge of Robotic and Manual welding process

Knowledge of Fixture Manufacturing & Assembly Process

Knowledge of Various Automotive Standards (VW / Audi / BMW / Peugeot / TML / Chrysler / Daimler)

Tool Skills :-Catia V5-NX-AutoCAD-MS Projects

Special Requirements :-

• Worked with Global Automotive Clien ts-Knowledge of CATIA Modelling Standards used by above Auto OEMsSoft SkillsGood Verbal and Written Communication Skills

• Experi ence:Min 5 Max 8
• Relevant Experience (Min)5 Years

Job Description-

• Manufacturing feasibility study-DFM & DFA study-Panel RG s tudy-Panel load / unload study-Product build sequence along with PFD & PFC preparation-Cycle time study-BIW line layout-PL P (clamp plan) preparation-Spot / Arc weld accessibility study-Gun Study and Analysis-Ergonomics Study-Process Planning for Fixtures

Job Responsibilities-

• BIW Simultaneous Engineering Study-Quality Checks as per Standards-SE study reviews with Custome r-Customer prescribed Documentation-Knowledge Sharing and documentation
