Must-Have: Experience in working on different contact center technology areas like IVR, Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, Live Chat, WFM Migration to Genesys cloud contact center Genesys API-s and integration with 3rd party solutions and CRM-s Good-to-Have: Experience on Salesforce integration Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Genesys Cloud Architect certification will be an added advantage
