Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY - Strong organisational skills

- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office.
- Operation and basic troubleshooting of office equipment like printers and computers.
- Ability to do multitask and prioritise task work effectively
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Maintaining files, Bid Documents, Tender work etc.
- File clerking skills and knowledge of the leading filing systems.
EDUCATION Minimum Education: BBA, B.Sc. or Any graduate.
Technical Education: Basic knowledge in MS Office like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
EXPERIENCE Minimum Experience: 0 - 3 Years.
BEHAVIORAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS - Offer guidance and support to our team members, encouraging and cultivating a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Good in Communication skills Hindi and English (Writing & Speaking both).
- He should be passionate towards his work.
