Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager at Lakshya HR Solutions. The HR Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and benefits administration. The HR Manager will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and managing HR projects. This role is located in Jaipur, with flexibility for remote work as needed.

Any graduate with knowledge of computer including excel,ms office and fluency in English Experience
