This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager- Health Care. The Key Account Manager- Health Care will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and managing key accounts.

You will work with Head of Enterprise Sales to drive the enterprise business in Pharma, Medical Devices, Institutions and grant sectors. As a Key Account Manager you will be driving customer acquisition, relationship management, solutioning, and revenue goals. You will be joining an ambitious, high growth team and should have the right attitude to collaborate, guide and enable the larger organization towards success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Networking and building relationship in accounts and developing contacts
Lead generation through effective presentations
Consultative sales and solutioning
Creation and submission of proposals and quotes in discussion with presales
Follow-ups and closures within stipulated TAT
Achieving periodic sales and collection goals
Provide accurate forecasts, with consistent monitoring of the sales pipeline.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
MIS and CRM accuracy
Candidate Profile:
MBBS, BDS, BPharm, Biotech, Bio-Science Graduate, preferably with MBA.
Excellent in Presentation and Client Relationship
Candidates with relevant experience in B2B sales to Pharma, Medical Devices, Institutions and grant organisations would be preferred.
