Key Skills: Operations Manager
The Opportunity: The IAM Operations Manager is both a subject matter expert and technical systems expert who possesses an array of cross-functional systems knowledge and support skills. The Operations Manager is responsible for providing professional leadership in supporting the IAM operations of Simeio's clients that host their IAM infrastructure in the cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments. The Operations Manager will evaluate constantly monitor issues and risks related to Operations of Simeio's customers and will work to mitigate them on a constant basis.
Under the general guidance of the IAM Manager, the Supervisor will provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision for the Security team’s IAM Operations production line staff; manage work assignments and ticket queues; and ensure the IAM Operations documentation and procedures are up-to-date.
Responsibilities - This position is responsible for escalations received from the IAM Operations staff and provides issue resolution and serves as a key of point of contact for other internal and external areas that work with IAM Operations.
- Timely, professional, and compliant delivery of services to all customers throughout the enterprise and its partners. This position must be able to work independently and within a team, environment managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision for staff that performs IAM related Operations and Support activities.
- Responsible for the management of and scheduling for the on-call rotation in support of a 24x7x365 production environment.
- Assist in the scheduling of technical activities.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with colleagues and customers of IAM Operations.
- Provide intervention with customers of varying levels of expertise and collaborates effectively when necessary across Simeio's customers, internal stakeholders such as Delivery and Business Leadership, Infrastructure teams, Support Staff including.
- Frequent interaction occurs with staff for IAM Operations planning and problem-solving purposes.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, mathematics, or engineering, or a mathematics-intensive discipline, or an applicable training certificate from an accredited institution.
