Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, creating and maintaining customer relations, providing customer support, and closing sales.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service and support experience
  • Experience in lead generation and sales
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in the technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
