Job description
Team Leadership -
Supervise and mentor a team of Hair Coaches to achieve departmental goals.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills
and performance.
Create a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork
and individual growth.
2. Customer Support -
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and
effective resolution.
Monitor team performance and customer interactions to maintain high-quality
service standards.
Act as a subject matter expert to assist team members in addressing complex
customer issues.
3. Process Improvement -
Continuously assess and improve CSAT processes and procedures.
Identify areas for efficiency enhancement and implement best practices to optimize
quality
4. Performance Metrics -
Regularly evaluate team members against KPIs and KRAs.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
5. Customer Feedback -
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
Use customer insights to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
6. Documentation and Reporting -
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
