Job description
Handlingof Raw materials.
Assessmentson regular basis requirement of Products, send requisition to purchase,
Tokeep update the HOD for all activities and in case there is any Problem at store, or related department.
MakingStrategy on place of the material according to space and hazard position of theraw material send requisition to purchases accordingly.
Keepingclose track over qty of regular required products updating our
procurementteam to take immediate decision on future requirements
Updatingall records as per sop and zoho software.
Sharethe balance qty with purchase and production to smooth working.
Monitoringloading unloading process receiving the material and whenever requiredhelping team to execute the process.
Sendthe all document to account and logistics of receiving product.
Coordinatingwith QC team for finish and raw material testing.
Coordinatingwith logistics for loading and unloading the product.
Coordinatingwith accounts for raw material balance and updating in zoho.
Skill Needs : - Basic computer knowledge, Effectivecommunication, More Organized, Time management.
