About the Role: We're seeking dynamic Client Servicing - Senior Executives to join our Client Servicing team. This role is at the heart of our agency, acting as the linchpin between our clients and our creative and operations teams. With the opportunity to evolve into an Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, planning and executing annual events and activations, and guiding internal teams towards excellence in this fast-growing industry. Demonstrate exceptional people handling skills and has nerves of steel. Exhibit strong leadership potential and the ability to mentor others. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, understanding and translating their needs into actionable plans. Foster and maintain robust client relationships, anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client visions are brought to life with precision and creativity. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Develop compelling proposals and pitches and present ideas and budgets to clients persuasively. Conduct quality checks to guarantee excellence and surpass client expectations. Manage project budgets diligently, negotiating with vendors for the best rates. Solicit client feedback post-event to continually refine and improve our processes. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, integrating them into client proposals and event concepts. Tackle challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to ensure event success. Qualifications · The candidate must have a background in events and client servicing with at least 2+ years of experience in this industry or an agency background · While a bachelor's degree is a must, those with an MBA | Post Graduate degree would get a slight edge. · Proficiency in MS Office, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written are prerequisites · Knowledge of virtual and hybrid events would be an advantage · Candidates must be open to flexible working hours and be willing to travel for work.
