We are hiring for Senior Scientist - Application Department: Application Experience: Min 5 – 7 years Qualification: Bachelor’s in Food Science / Technology CTC: Max up to 8.00 LPA Location: Andheri, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Perform applications in laboratory, pilot plant, and plant processing environments. Able to assess color performance in pharmaceutical and nutritional supplement applications such as compressed tablets, gel capsules and gummy vitamins. Provide timely feedback to color formulation teams on customized colors. Partner with sales and interface with external customers on projects and training programs. Completes assigned projects in a timely manner and ensures all technical and customer requirements are successfully met. Understands the chemistry and functionality of food ingredients in color formulations and remains current with relevant food and beverage industry trends. Trains and mentor’s junior scientists in all aspects of their job responsibilities. Develops and implements application stability screening protocols aligned with customer demands. Support commercial requests for prototype development, product displays needed for trade shows, and other marketing activities. Maintains a laboratory notebook and all required documentation for project work. Performs additional associated duties as directed by management. Up to 20% travel.
