Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for providing check -in & check-out assistance, managing phone calls and utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to manage high volume of calls
- Experience in IDS Software
- Proficient in clerical skills such as record keeping, data entry, and filing
- Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
