Qualification and Eligibility:
- Good Tier 1 and 2 colleges (preferred Preferred Engineering background)
- Work experience: 5 to 8 years

Roles and responsibilities:
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and student-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
- Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and equipment layout, and implement changes
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Complete operations and organization's mission by completing related results as needed
- Leverage technology to create digital capabilities and automation where possible
- Understand Ed Tech situations and can implement new solutions in test products and operations.
- Able to track and implement new solutions for 100+ centers
