Job Description :
Location – Bangalore/Pune
Minimum 4 years of Experience in Following : - Successful management of complex projects, ideally in the SAP area understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences.
- Deep knowledge of SAP MDG, S/4, and other relevant IT systems.
- Experience in the area of SAP material master data management, preferably in the conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4.
- Experience in requirements engineering and in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience of managing change in organizations to ensure a smooth transition.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to understand and implement material master data requirements.
- Experience in defining and implementing processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Knowledge of data migration, conversion, and integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and bring about decisions considering the context.
Job Responsibility : - Responsible for the effective management and maintenance of material master data in systems.
- Planning, implementing, and optimizing processes related to material master data as well as ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Working closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that material master data meets business requirements and ensures the smooth functioning of logistical and financial processes.
- Implementing a continuous improvement process and driving standardization/harmonization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Business Process workshops, Suggest Business process change and handle Change Management.
- Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
