Role Description
The IT Assurance team is responsible for delivering a multitude of project and engagement management across multiple clients over a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include audit planning, timely coordination with clients/onshore teams to ensure execution of testing and documenting the efficiencies of the controls operating within the client environment and report any deficiencies. The ITA Associate will work closely with Senior Associates/Managers and will play a key role in client management and practice development. Predominantly, the Associate will work in testing ITGC, ITAC, Key Reports and Test of Design.

- Critical mindset and exercise professional judgment throughout the engagement/Take accountability for performing and following up on the audit and for ensuring the delivery of work is to the highest quality/ Excellent planning and organization skills and work effectively in situations involving rapid change and simultaneous demands/ Proactively share knowledge and effectively develop, motivate, coach, train and supervise less experienced team members.
- Good communication and people management skills/ Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines. Sound knowledge of Business Process Controls and IT Application Controls.
Professional Experience/ Qualification -
- 1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience IT Audit support engagements / related internal audit experience/ external audit experience preferably in big 4 or related business experience.
- Preffered qualifications include, but not limited to, are Engineering Graduates (Computer Science, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications)/ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
