Project Management:

1. Integrated Project Management across specific deliverables applications as per T Systems standards and methodologies

2. Management Reporting for all projects and contribution to presentations and decks as required

Management Reporting:

1. Ensure information gathering by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization

2. Anchor executive management presentations as per T Systems Standards

3. Format layout transform content as per T Standards Guidelines

Primary Skills Management Reporting

1. Expert skills in PowerPoint and Excel for Management Reporting needs

2. Ability to take clear and concise Minutes of Meetings and Track Actions until close

3. Ability to create manage Task Boards KANBAN Visual Task Boards etc Project Management o Intermediate to expert Project Manager with 5 years experience

4. Working knowledge of managing projects using Waterfall Agile and Hybrid methodologies

5. Experience advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management PPM

Professional knowledge and qualifications required:

1. Computer science graduate with Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience

2. Excellent Communication Skills written spoken Language English Strong Stakeholder Management skills Analytical Design Presentation skills

3. Good understanding of Project Management processes and standards

4. Strong collaboration networking skills and ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to adapt and be flexible to changes as per the business needs

• Engineering/ Science graduation
• PMP certification preferred
