Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong in using leading job portals – Naukri & Monster Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc
Able to understand IT Skills Sets (Microsoft / Java / Linux / Android / SAP / Database etc).
Should be strong in learning & understanding Domain specific requirements (Embedded / Healthcare / Automotive / Financial etc).
Familiar with IT requirements and Recruitment process.
Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Should have good convincing and negotiable skill.
Strong team player and pro-active.
Leadership:
Advise the leadership team to guide policies and practices that support a culture of excellence.
In partnership with all company leaders will ensure that employee satisfaction and performance
remain at the highest levels so the company’s clients continue to receive a best in class
experience.
Ensure that policies and practices are applied consistently across departments for all employees: ensure that employees are provided professional, courteous, and timely operational support and service.
Qualifications:
• Any degree or graduate degree in human resources or a related field.
• 0 to 6 month of progressively responsible experience human resources management.
• A comprehensive understanding of personnel management and best practices in human
resources.
• A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of
sensitive information.
• Excellent oral, listening, administrative, and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with Clients, and Employees.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM and other payroll applications preferred.
