Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Interior Designer located in Guwahati. The Lead Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with space planning, construction drawings, interior design.
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective site operations that align with company standards and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site monitoring to ensure work is being carried out as per the specifications and safety norms.
- Execute project plans by coordinating with the workforce, managing resources, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Undertake the preparation of BOQ with accuracy and in accordance with project specs, ensuring cost control and proper allocation of resources.
- Design comprehensive work plans and workflow strategies, projecting timelines, and setting milestones to meet objectives.
- Manage timesheets for all team members, ensuring accurate recording of hours worked and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all site-related queries, fostering clear communication lines between management, team members, and other relevant stakeholders.
