Position Requirements:
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech Chemical
Work Experience: 8 to 12 yrs experience in handling green field / brown field projects
Job Description:
Hands on experience on Projects ( Green field / Brown field ).
Responsible for design , selection, procurement , execution and commissioning of project.
Familiar with Planning, scheduling and monitoring and reporting.
Meticulous planning, effective implementation and professional managing of projects to achieve the objectives of time, cost, and performance.
Implement inventory control and efficient spare management.
Strong Knowledge in the Process, design, project, technical services.
Hands on experience with SAP and inventory controls.
Energy conservation, cost effectiveness
Familiar with Safety /statutory procedures, practices, requirements of MIDC /GIDC, MPCB/GPCB, MSEB /GETCO, lift inspector, factory inspector, weight and measurement inspector, Factory Act , DISH , OSHA , GMP ,HACCP. , etc.
Expertise in Administration and Public relations skills, department healthy administration, External Contactors/ Vendors handling & Emergency control.
Change control system & drawing control mechanism.
Knowledge of documentation for cGMP & QA requirements
Hands on experience in various ETP systems, Safety operation, Health and Environment controlling system.
Ensuring implementation of compliance to EHS, EHS Risk assessments for all activities, identification of risks, prioritization & ensuring mitigation of risks.
