Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in finding and attracting top talent for our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and administer assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements, and provide guidance and expertise throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
