Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at HireX located in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of various products, conducting market research, defining product strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely product delivery. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Some remote work is acceptable. Qualifications Strong background in product management, including experience in product development, strategy, and roadmap planning Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions Proven track record in successfully launching and managing products in the market Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing Experience in Agile development methodologies Strong project management and organizational skills Knowledge of the recruitment industry and familiarity with digital hiring platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills apply at hirex.asia for early responseJob tags
