Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable

Forms+Surfaces is looking for Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable to join our team!

Job Location: Lonikand, Near Wagholi, Pune Plant

Scope and responsibilities:

• Preparing GST Domestic and Export Sales invoice on day-to-day basis.
• Customer Purchase verifying with Sale Order and Billing.
• RA/Milestone Billing and Submitting.
• Weekly/Monthly Accounts receivable (Debtor) reconciliation.
• Accounts Receivable Collections and follow-ups.
• Customer ledger reconciliation.
• Export Advance and Direct Remittances/Receipt Accounting.
• FEMA Compliances with AD Bank on EBRC, and EDPMS.
• Export and Import Marchant Trade banking paperwork.
• Domestic and Foreign Bank Guaranty issuance.
• Letter of Credit documentation, negotiations, scrutiny, and collections.
• Intercompany Transactions and reporting to USA parent company counterparts.
• Export Incentives working with DGTF, Customs, and Governments.
• GSTR1, GSTR2A/2B and GSTR3B Return Filing assistance.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Experience to assist seniors in Balance sheet preparation, Accounting.
• General Ledger reconciliation.
• Monthly Closing with the deadlines.
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Bankers.
• Sales Costing, Accounting, and management reporting.

Required qualification, skills and experiences:

• B.COM/ M.COM/ MBA Finance/CA.
• Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in hardcore accounting.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Detailed knowledge and Experience Day to day Sales accounting working.
• Good knowledge of FMEA FEMA Compliances, EBRC, IDPMS, and EDPMS.
• Good knowledge of Domestic and Foreign Bank Guaranty issuance.
• Good knowledge of Letter of Credit documentation, negotiations, scrutiny, and collections.
• Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, etc.
• Good knowledge of Intercompany accounting.
• Export bill accounting and documentation knowledge.
• Initiative and ready to take responsibility for work.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
