Designation: Assistant Manager – MEP,AM Industry Type: Real Estate Industry for commercial Interior Fitout Projects Location: Pune Roles And Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire MEP project life cycle including shop drawings approvals, procurement follow-ups, execution and testing amp; commissioning.
Work closely with Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed within timelines.
Responsible for vetting all MEP shop drawings amp; facilitating in approvals from consultants.
Responsible for all panel inspections/CEIG documentation amp; quality control for MEP trade packages
Ensure all dependencies are planned well in advance with the project manager amp; provide full support to the Camp;I team.
Interfaces directly with client keeping project manager in confidence for all MEP related aspects.
Support amp; facilitate project manager with inputs for all weekly meetings.
Act as a shadow project manager amp; ready to take over the duties of the project manager in case of any exigencies.
Ensure all documentation as per Vestian's standards are followed for MEP trade packages starting from installation checklist, material inspection reports, EHS, labelling/tagging amp; all inspection reports.
Solely responsible for testing amp; commissioning activity for the assigned project
Responsible for handing over documentation for all MEP trade packages amp; support project manager in close-out.

Project Manager, No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers.
May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level employees.
Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
Scope: Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department
QUALIFICATIONS amp; SKILLS REQUIRED
Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E Electrical/Mechanical) or higher from a university in a relevant area of study.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills
Other skills: Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices a must.
