Financial Data Entry: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Help with invoice processing, vendor payments, and tracking accounts receivable.
Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Support in generating financial reports and statements for management.
Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking and categorizing expenses incurred by the organization.
Assist with Audits: Support in preparing documents and data for internal or external audits.
Assist in Budgeting: Contribute to the budgeting process by collecting and organizing financial data.
General Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required by the department, such as filing, document management, and correspondence.
Research: Conduct research on financial regulations and industry trends to stay updated and provide insights.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a B.Com degree or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (knowledge of QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
