TCS is hiring for "Delivery Lead-Logistics". Details below-
Role-Delivery Lead-Logistics Location-Mumbai Exp-9-16 Years Role- Tower Leader – Will report to the Customer Leader – Will handle a Span of ~250 to 300 staff across multiple LOB / Countries Responsible for delivering Client SLA and Business Metric for the Unit , Daily interaction with Customer ( India ) and Country , Responsible for managing business ( Meeting Revenue Goals , Delivering Results without penalty and needs to be a lead process expert ( SME ) who will be given training to align to the business Works with the Customer for definition / agreement of new SLA -*Daily / Weekly & Monthly Connect with client managers to outline and work on LOB business objectives and challenges Requirement * Graduate * Minimum of 4-5 years in a Delivery Manager / Ops Manager Role * Should have handled a Span of 250-300 staff * Project Management Experience * Flexibility ( 24/7 Operation/ Weekend Working ) * Carries Experience of dealing with International Customers * Process / Operations Management Experience * Logistics Experience (Preferable) * Possess Skills in MS Office (Word , Excel & PPT) * People Management ( Attrition , CSAT ) *Performance Management Experience * Exposure to P&L is an added advantage * Analytical Skills *Drive performance ( AHT , Productivity ) * Automation led initiative ( Added advantage) Competencies * Willingness to learn * Ability to handle and work under pressure * Work in challenging situations * Go Getter & Positive Attitude * Good with Analysis * Problem Solving & Ideating mindset * Team Player * Decision Making Ability * Ability to have handle strong / difficult conversation Interested Candidates can apply Regards Tanya Kansal TCS-TAGJob tags
