Required Educational Qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate

Desired Experience - 1-3yrs

Job Objective:

The objective of this role is to generate sales for Jobhai platform

Job Description:-

1.Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats.
2.Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation.
3.Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
4.Perform effective online demos for prospects.
5.Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals.
6.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements and skills
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2.Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100-120 calls per day.
3.Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
4.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
5.Strong listening and presentation skills.
6.Minimum Qualification - Graduate.
