, User Manuals, Admin Guides, Online Help Files, Installation Guides, Training Manuals, Product Documents-Learning, Instructional Guides, Customer-facing Documents, Portal Guides, API Documents, One-pager Documents, Release Notes, Patch Releases, FAQs, Video creation etc
What will qualify you for this role Experience creating technical content for Digital Saas Products (User Guides, Installation Guides, Technical Product Documentation)
Well versed in content creation in different formats such as text, videos, infographics etc.
Excellent written communication - ability to articulate information in an engaging manner and delivering value to the audience quickly through short informative documentation snippets written in a crisp, concise manner
Attention to Detail - Grammatically correct (spelling, punctuation), organization/structure and flow of content, choice of words to create effective technical product documentation
Conversant with new age content management systems, e.g. Headless CMS platforms such as Concertful
Knowledgeable regarding SEO, tagging of information to ensure optimal discoverability of content on social media
Experience Range - 3-5 years
Education: Any Graduate
Position: Contract / Freelancer Key Responsibilities - Work with different teams to understand documentation requirements
- Prepare technical documents as per the requirements (for internal teams or for customers)
- Be able to prepare flawless documents with quality
- Meet deadlines of each documentation task
- Be able to host the documents prepared
- Be able to contribute independently as well as work with a team
- Create/record videos explaining product features/ release features, etc
