Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller Recruiter to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Telecaller Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in telecaller recruitment or a similar role
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of human resources practices and principles
- Experience in HR consulting or customer support will be a plus
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Source and recruit candidates for various positions through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Collect and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
- Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies
