Job description

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore, Hubli, Davanagere, Belgavi for a Telesales Specialist at Money Mithra. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for initiating outbound sales calls and responding to inbound inquiries to generate new business. The Specialist will also actively maintain and manage client accounts, upsell products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related field. Freshers can apply too
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/Banking, marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively handle objections and convert prospect into customers
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in a target-driven environment and achieving sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
