Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Head of Operations for an on-site role located in Noida. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a cross-functional team, manage Stock and deliveries , and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Analytical Skills - ability to oversee daily operation and resolve complex business issues to ensure operational excellence
• Team Management and Communication - ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Strong problem-solving skills - ability to analyze and diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to quality service delivery
