Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Ocean Freight at CCPL's location in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with managing ocean freight operations, including coordinating with customers, managing import/export documentation, and ensuring efficient and timely movement of cargo. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong customer relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in ocean freight operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and trade regulations
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Any Bachelor's degree or Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or any other a related field
• Experience of 5 to 7 years in Freight Forwarding industry
