Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Daily Process & Product audit on Engine Assembly Line & Testing.

• Daily audit for Critical To Quality  parameters & Z stage.

• Daily analysis for in-house rejection & RTV (Return to vendor) rejection through QCRT approach (PPM).

• SPC & MSA  (Statistical Process Control) measures to achieve Quality target.

• Exposure to handling & programming of DC Torque Tools.

• Engine Strip down analysis.

• Engine Fault Code diagnosis

• Analysis of Field & Vehicle plant complaints related to Engine.

• Kaizen related to quality and adherence of 5’S  and standardize work in shop floor.

• Attending & solving of Assembly & Parts  problems for achieving the Quality targets through 7-QC tools & QC story.

• Problem Solving through QC Story Approach on Assembly & testing Concerns.

• Adherence to LQOS , APQP requirements.

• Deeply involvement in the document updating like that PFMEA, Control Plan,PFC.

• Working on Zero Defects  for assembly & Testing Process.

•Knowledge on Engine Testing Parameters.

•Handling of man power for shift allotment, IR issue etc.

•Knowledge of GDNT & CMM Inspection.

•Well versed with Measurement & Inspection process.

•Lead QCRT.

• Adherence to ISO- TS , IATF.

• Basic  DOE Skills.

•Knowledge of MS Excel & Powerpoint.

General Experience

Candidate should be from Engine industry with Min 4 to 8 Years of experience in MQA or SQA function.
