Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Brand Bharatham a Digital marketing & branding company. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our organization. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the success of our business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Create and present compelling proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions to meet client needs
- Track and report on sales and business development activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and generate leads
- Participate in contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients
- Monitor and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of market research and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as needed
