Job description
We are looking for a Sr. Program Admissions Associate to guide students about IIDE s Digital Marketing Courses in the Undergraduate & Graduate category. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. Should have leadership and management skills. Must be sales oriented with a passion for education and student journeys.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile programs.
- Interviewing and coordinating the admissions formalities for new joiners
- Providing indepth information to prospective learners this includes counseling through phone email chat.
- Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you.
- Attending the walkins convincing and counseling the potential learners about various issues related to admissions
- Follow up with the above prospective lead/ potential learner who has visited IIDE.
- Assisting students in the fee collection process
- Coordinating with external vendors such as education loan providers
- Coordinating with the different departments for a hassle free admission process
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
- 23 years of work experience
- Outstanding communication skills(written and verbal)interpersonal and presentation skills
- Hardworking individuals with high dedication and extreme determination
- Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners
- Must have great closure techniques and convincing skills
- Must be a multitasker
- Must work under high pressure and high paced environments.
- Must have a Revenue Mindset. Must be able to think numbers as well as product and optimize sales strategy for existing product mix.
Expected deliverables/KPIs :
- Meet weekly and monthly admissions targets
- Generate referral sales as per targets
- Reactivate old/lost applications to ensure batch target is met.
- Improving and maintaining sales conversions rates
The candidate must be residing in Mumbai
Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.
