Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements: - Minimum 1 of year of experience in business development (Fresher candidates are also welcome)
- Female candidates preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
