Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. You will provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and memorable. This is a junior position with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and travel booking platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet client needs
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or a related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and activities
• Research and identify the best travel options based on clients' preferences and budget
• Handle travel inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Create detailed itineraries and travel plans for clients
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and restrictions
• Stay up to date with current travel trends, deals, and promotions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers
