Job Description

As the Principal Solution Architect for Digital Practices, you will lead in designing, architecting, and presenting the complex and scalable solutions that meet our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to define technology strategies, drive innovation, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of large-scale and intricate solutions that align with client requirements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and drive innovation within the organization.

Proposal responses, Solution preparation and presentations: Engage with clients and prospects to understand their challenges and expectations to prepare and present the detailed solution architecture and approach.

Technology Stack Selection: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project objectives and ensure scalability, performance, and security.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and present proposals effectively.

Alliance Partnerships: Manage strategic alliances in alignment with new-age AI First Cloud alliances and partnerships for business growth.Solutions / Accelerators: Design and build differentiating solutions / accelerators as differentiators to win and deliver new business.Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong background in designing and delivering complex digital transformation solutions.
• Deep solution and implementation experience on Cloud transformation (GCP, AWS, Azure), AI/ML solutions, Digital platform solutions, Data platform solutions.
• Deep experience in preparing Solution Responses covering Solution Architecture, Solution components, Solution approach, Execution roadmap in alignment client's / prospect's business objectives.
• Experiences on proposing Innovative and Differentiating solutions by leveraging evolving Digital Technologies.
• Deep understanding of new-age services by using POD based Engineering solutions approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
