Key Responsibilities: Oversee a diverse portfolio of restaurant clients, ensuring revenue sustainability and aiding in the company's broader expansion goals. Act as the primary contact for collaborations between our firm and various online food ordering platforms. Work closely with clients to optimize their presence and sales on online food ordering platforms, ensuring they achieve maximum business growth without compromising their bottom lines. Design operational frameworks, prepare business analysis presentations, conduct data analysis, and manage related tasks to streamline processes. Lead strategic initiatives focused on client retention, prioritizing the development of deep client relationships and strategic account management. Represent our company in all client interactions, serving as the face of the company and upholding our values and mission. Convert inbound leads into successful and lasting business partnerships, employing a strategic and client-focused approach.
Requirements: Skilled in using Google Suite and has a good working knowledge of Excel. Must possess a strong proficiency in both written and spoken English. Well-versed in diverse online tools to streamline processes Capable of managing time-sensitive projects and balancing competing tasks Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions Charismatic and compelling personality that enhances the company's image Proficient in making data-informed decisions and translating data into actionable steps Forward-thinking, with the ability to foresee both challenges and opportunities Efficient multitasker who can handle multiple assignments without feeling overwhelmed Passionate about data, with a strong inclination towards solving problems and making decisions based on thorough data analysis.
