EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

• Engage with user who has contacted via WhatsApp / phone to understand his/her issue
• Carry out RCA in the database, code or with Payment Gateways to understand issue
• Use SQL queries provided by tech team in order to extract data for RCA and other purposes 4. Resolve issue on your own or Liaise with technical teams to get the issue resolved
• Communicate the same to the user via email/call
• Receive inbound calls to alleviate user concerns during situations of failure
• Define requirements for any platform changes required in future to avoid pattern of errors
• Taking ownership of complete understanding of functioning and integrations with 1-2 key support related vendor platforms of BharatNXT. Interact with vendor teams for product roadmap.
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and solve for those using no-code automation tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduation from premium institutes with slightly advanced understanding of technology is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Reasonable technical skills, comfortable understanding the integrations and interdependencies, and using SQL queries.
• Ability to stay calm and polite under customer pressure during escalations
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
