As the HR Manager at Tyre Company, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources and fostering effective communication within the organization and with external clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, with a special emphasis on staff management and client coordination. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Staff Management:**
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

2. **Client Coordination:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage client relationships and contracts, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
- Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.

3. **Communication:**
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring information flows smoothly between management and employees.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to promote collaboration and teamwork.
- Develop communication strategies to convey HR initiatives, policies, and updates to all stakeholders.
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on projects or services.

4. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as recruitment activity, turnover rates, and training effectiveness.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and administration departments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
