CDGL also operates a network of 280+ refreshment kiosks offering affordable food and beverages for on-the-go customers under the Coffee Day Xpress brand name.

Roles & Responsiblity:

Talent Acquisition: Identifying and attracting top talent by creating job descriptions, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Sourcing: Actively seeking out potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.Develop and implement strategies to promote job openings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Candidate Screening : Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Provide guidance to both parties about interview logistics and expectations.

Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' qualifications and character. Summarize and share reference feedback with hiring managers.

Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.Negotiate salary and other benefits on behalf of the company and candidates.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep them informed about job opportunities. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and hiring process progress. Generate reports and analytics on recruitment activities.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree. Experience 4 to 7 years of experience in FMCG/Retail chains. Functional Skills : Required to execute the role Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role handled IT, NON-IT requirements. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Adaptability and flexibility.

Technical Skills : Required to execute the role Extensive Experience in Recruitment and Staffing Strong knowledge in creating Job description, Key metrics for the role Strong in convincing skills, Active listening skills Good experience in negotiation skills Should be able to handle Pan India activities Any other requirements Language Fluency : English, Hindi, Local Language
