The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for new business development brief and corporate communication requirements for the organization. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities. Responsibilities: Brand Identity Development: Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop and refine the organization's visual and verbal identity, including logo, color palette, typography, and tone of voice. Visual Content Creation: Design a wide range of visual assets, such as presentations, infographics, digital banners, performance marketing AD creative for D2C brands, social media graphics, videos, brand books, and other promotional materials, while ensuring they adhere to the brand guidelines. Corporate Presentations: Develop impactful and visually appealing presentations for internal and external use, enabling effective communication of complex information and ideas. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to understand communication needs and translate them into visually engaging designs. Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating innovative design approaches to enhance communication strategies. Feedback Incorporation: Accept and integrate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and align with the organization's goals and objectives. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency. Complete end-to-end execution of the project in terms of animation and static. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphic Strong typography skills Experience creating static and motion graphics Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and other design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe XD etc. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Relevant degree or certification in graphic design or related field Company Description Acept One MediaWorks Pvt.
