Missing Link Trust (MISSING) is one of India's foremost not-for-profit organizations working to prevent sex trafficking by using public art and education. We work at the intersection of education, art and technology to raise mass awareness about sex trafficking and curb its rising figures, impacting vulnerable populations of women and adolescents.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager for our flagship school program, Missing Awareness and Safety School Program (MASSp) . The program focuses on Child Protection and engages with adolescents to raise student based awareness on Cyber Safety , Online/Offline abuse and exploitation , and Adolescent Hygiene . The program uses compelling narratives, art and technology for immersive experiential learning.

The profile entails:

• Lead MASSp from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Conduct and coordinate Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions for Master Trainers and volunteers
• Develop schedule , streamline and ensure systematic implementation of the program 
• Managing a pool of trainers
• Planning a daily work plan for the trainers
• Communicate and coordinate with external service providers and stakeholders for proper outreach and execution of the program 
• Prepare outreach proposals, program reports and monitoring and evaluation reports
• Website Updation related to MASSp
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project
• costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Create and assist in creative collaterals as and when needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in Project Management and Coordination at least for 2 years
• Good communication, writing and presentation skills
• Experience in budget management and program execution
• Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders (Master trainers, volunteers and schools) . to ensure smooth running of the program
• Ability to troubleshoot to ensure delivery of program as per the schedule 
• Ability to motivate with a focus on impact.
