Job description

Role - Senior Manager - Transactions Real Estate (Leasing / Retail / Commercial Office Spaces) Bengaluru
Location - Bengaluru
Industry: -Real Estate
Joining - Immediate

Relevant Exp - 7-10 years in Commercial Leasing, Retail Leasing

Roles & Responsibilities

➢Lead generation in commercial real estate verticals / retail
➢ Tracking of Office/commercial/warehouse space across micro markets
➢Conduct site inspections, close negotiations, legalities of transaction, supply creation
➢Revenue generation through leasing/sale of commercial place.
➢Relationship management with retail brands, corporates, developers, landlords, HNIs
➢Client relationship management
➢Maintaining MIS reports
➢Well versed with MS office

Relevant Experience - 5 to 8 years of experience in Real-estate Retail / Commercial Transaction Management
