Role And Responsibilities - Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide expert advice
- Create personalized travel itineraries and packages
- Handle flight, accommodation, and other travel-related bookings
- Ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for clients
- Stay updated with travel trends and destination information
Candidate Qualifications - Fluent in both English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus!)
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- A deep understanding of US travel destinations and cultures
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle various travel scenarios
- Prior experience in the US travel industry
