Job Description:  

We are seeking an experienced IT Support and Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our organization's IT infrastructure and developing and maintaining our company website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT support and web development, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime. 
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment. 
• Ensure data security and implement measures to protect against unauthorized access or data breaches. 
• Design, develop, and maintain our company website using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. 
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features. 
• Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers. 
• Ensure website security by implementing best practices, such as SSL certificates, and secure authentication mechanisms. 
• Conduct website analytics and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement and track key metrics. 
• Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the website's functionality and user experience. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and website development roles. 
• Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and/or Python. 
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) and web hosting environments. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
