Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Engineering with a proven track record in .Net development as well as expertise in IOS and Android platforms. The successful candidate will lead our engineering teams driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of highquality software solutions. This role requires strategic thinking strong leadership and a deep understanding of technology trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide strategic leadership for the engineering department aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive innovation and excellence.
- Team Management:
- Lead mentor and inspire a diverse team of engineers fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the engineering teams and monitor their progress.
- Technology Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of .Net development IOS and Android platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of cuttingedge and scalable solutions.
- Project and Product Management:
- Oversee the endtoend development lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize features and enhancements.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments including product management marketing and sales to align engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication across teams.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain highquality standards for software development.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding testing and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or in a senior engineering leadership role.
- Strong background in .Net development and handson experience with IOS and Android platforms.
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing engineering teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
