Job description
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, filing of returns, and issuing certificates. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations. Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Liaise with auditors for statutory audits and provide necessary information for audit purposes. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Provide support in financial analysis and reporting as needed. Prepare financial statements in accordance with relevant laws and regulations as per company adopted financial year requirements.
